Gymnastics Birthday Parties

(Participants must be a minimum of 5 years of age)

 Relax and leave the work to us!!  Children will enjoy fantastic, organized, safe fun with our certified and enthusiastic instructors.  Our 1,300 square foot gym will keep kids busy, busy, busy!  Whether it’s swinging on the BIG ROPE, bouncing on the TRAMPOLINES, rolling around in the GIANT SPONGE PIT, or going through the exciting OBSTACLE COURSES, the fun never stops!!  Book your child’s birthday, team party or other special occasion with us.  Members and non-members welcome!  Boys and girls 5 - 12 years.

PACKAGE “A” – THE WORKS

 Certified Instructors will lead children through 60 minutes of gymnastics time and 45 minutes supervised food service and gift opening at the end of the party.   

 WE SUPPLY:   All set up and clean up, decorations,  party Invitations,  dishes/cutlery,  table cloth            and napkins,  1 cheese pizza & 1 pepperoni pizza,  pop and/or juice  

 YOU SUPPLY:  Cake, candles, matches and a cake knife.  A freezer is available if you wish to bring ice cream.

 COST:  $180.00 (non club members), $150.00 (current club members) for the first 8 children + $15 for each additional child.  Maximum 16 children.

 AVAILABILITY:      Sept-June             Saturday’s:  4:30 - 6:15pm   Sunday’s:  1:00-2:45pm / 4:30 - 6:15pm

                                July-August          Saturday’s:   4:30 - 6:15pm   Sunday’s:   4:30 - 6:15pm 

PACKAGE “B” – 1 HOUR “GYM ONLY” PARTY

 Certified Instructors will lead children through a fun-filled 60 minutes of gym activities!  (Children leave the building at the end of their gym time)

 COST:  $130.00 (non club members), $100.00 (current club members) for the first 8 children + $10 for each additional child.  .  Maximum 16 children.

 AVAILABILITY:  Sept-June                 Sunday’s:  3:00-4:00pm

 PLEASE REMEMBER:
 

	For all packages, we provide party invitations.
	Those adults accompanying the young children and the birthday child's parents will not be allowed in the gym. The only ones in the gym area will be the children and their instructors. Adults should be in the lobby or viewing gallery for maximum supervision of the young children. Use of the equipment by the adults is strictly prohibited.
	Our gym is PEANUT FREE, so please no products with nuts.
	It is never too early to book a party. Full payment is required at the time of booking (Interact/Visa/MasterCard/Cheque). Cancellations must be given fourteen days in advance to receive full refund. Short notice cancellations will be subject to a service charge of $30.00.
